10% Shipping and Handling within contiguous USA
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico add 20% shipping/handling.
All foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars.
- All orders to foreign destinations, other than Canada and Puerto Rico, will be charged a handling fee plus cost of airfreight shipping.
- Write, phone or fax DDM, Inc. for proforma invoices.
- Canadian orders add 20% for shipping and handling. Minimum Charge $5.00.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days and only with prior authorization from DDM, Inc. Returned product is subject to a restocking charge.

Rental Policy

All rentals are for one week (at destination) and only within contiguous USA. Rental price will be applied toward purchase within 30 days of the rental if you decide to keep the DVD or video. No free previews. If you wish to preview a DVD or videotape, you must rent it.
